This is going to be a huge concert with lots and lots of people.  Little Caesar's Arena is huge venue, holding 20,000, and Jack White is popular rock musician and a Detroit native. Rolling Stone named him number 70 on a list of the top 100 guitarists of all time.

We need over 30 people to properly cover this event, with a goal of 3,000 signatures. We'll work in teams of 5 or so at various points outside the arena and on area streets near Comerica Park where people are walking from their parking lots to the arena. Get there no later than 5:30 pm to park and walk to the arena. The concert begins at 8pm. People will be going into the arena by 6 pm and eating dinner in restaurants nearby. It will be very busy downtown.

When you RSVP, LuAnne will be in touch with you to arrange carpools and where to meet. Bring multiple clipboards. We'll also have extras if you need them.

This is a great chance to collect lots of signatures on a THURSDAY NIGHT.

There is also a Detroit Tigers baseball game earlier in the day at 1:10 pm, so if you can come for the day and collect with us before the game at 12 noon, please do. We'll take an early dinner break in between at a nearby restaurant.
