TWO EVENTS right next door to each other in downtown Traverse City: At the City Opera House, author & journalist Drew Phillip will talk about his book "A $500 House in Detroit" and how he bought and rehabbed. A cocktail/music time begins at 6 pm, so get there no later than 5:30 pm.

Next door at Brew coffeeshop, there will be a BINGO night that goes from 6 to 9pm.

Stand outside both venues on the public sidewalk and catch people as they arrive for the Opera House event and as they come and go to the Brew coffeehouse.

Bring 2 clipboards because it will go fast as people enter the venues.
