The parade begins at 11 am, so get there by 9 am to collect from the crowd as they arrive and line up along the parade route. Route: Along S. Washington from Federal to the Saginaw County Veterans Memorial Plaza at Hoyt Park.
Meet up in Hoyt Park at the end to turn in signatures to LuAnne.
