Downtown Traverse City on EVERY weekend is a great spot to collect signatures. Tourists come from all over Michigan (and out of state, too). Good places to collect include: on East Front Street at the alley near Pangea's Pizza, by Horizon Books and State Theatre, outside the Bijou Theatre at show times (as people enter or leave for a show), and in front of the post office at noon on Saturday.
