The market opens up really early! Be there anytime between 7 am and 12 noon. Stand only on public sidewalks and in between Sheds 2 and 3, do not block passersby. Parking lots are often privately owned and will not allow you to collect signatures there. Some great food to purchase, too, make a morning of it!
